Introduction:

Our client, a MNC logistics company, is looking for a high caliber to fill up the captioned position.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and monitor shipments to and from China
2. Supervise and train staff to ensure operational efficiency
3. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and industry standards.
4. Keep close relationships with local clients, vendors and carriers
5. Oversee shipment tracking and resolve any issues or delays during transit.
6. Analyse and review logistic processes to optimize routes and reduce costs.
7. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
8. Act as Liaison between PWHKG, PWSHA and the accounting company.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in freight forwarding or a related industry.
2. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication abilities in English and Mandarin.
