Introduction:

Our client is, one of leading SIM cards distributor in Hong Kong, now looking for a talented E-Wallet Product Manager to join their team and help revolutionize mobile payments through SIM card integration. The job holder will be responsible for strategic development, implementation and management of company's e-wallet system. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure e-wallet platform is secure, user-friendly and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, digital payments and business development.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Development

• Develop and execute strategic roadmap for e-wallet system.
• Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with senior management to align e-wallet initiatives with overall business objectives.

Product Management

• Oversee design, development and deployment of e-wallet platform.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties on e-wallet platform development.
• Ensure platform meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and market trends.

Business Development

• Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including banks, payment processors and merchants.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Operational Management

• Ensure e-wallet system operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement robust security measures to protect user data and transactions.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business goals.

Reporting and Analysis

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-wallet system.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven experience in fintech, digital payments or a related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of e-wallet systems, digital payments and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies would be preferred.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
