Their name is embodying with Creativity and Fashion. Most of their products are officially recognized by Apple Program and Samsung Mobile Accessory Partnership Program (SMAPP). And they are now looking for high calibres to strengthen their Management and Operations to Lead the Overall Business Unit

Responsibilities:

Planning and Leadership

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Direct to Customer (DTC) business unit to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
• Lead, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

Market Analysis and Customer Insights

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the DTC sector.
• Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to refine strategies and improve the customer experience. 

Sales and Revenue Growth

• Build and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation through direct-to consumer channels.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust approaches to meet or exceed targets.

Operational Management

• Ensure operational efficiency across all DTC processes including order fulfillment, customer service, and returns management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational performance.

Financial Management

• Develop and manage budgets for the DTC unit, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. 

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in leadership role
• Fashion background, having mobile accessories retail background is preferred
