Introduction:

A statutory banking association located at Central is urgently seeking candidates for the role of Assistant Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage overall finance & accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets and reports
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective financial management
  • Prepare the monthly accounts – General Ledger, Income & Expenditure, Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliation Statement
  • Arrange payments for the office
  • Arrange chairmanship transfer
  • Arrange membership subscription, such as collection data, calculation, invoice issues and follow up on outstanding payments etc.in year-end
  • Arrange the time deposit for the surplus of fund
  • Monitor the actual expenditures against the budget
  • Liaise with the audit firm for preparing the auditor reports and financial statements
  • Responsible for payrolls and tax returns for staff
  • Keep up-to-date staff records such as medical, sick leave, annual leave, salaries, provident funds, etc.
  • Oversee Info email account as a backup

    • Requirements:

    • University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience
    • Solid accounting experience
    • Proficient in both English and Chinese languages
    • Possess strong analytical skills
    • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
    •  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • A team player with a positive attitude
