Operation Assistant (Life Insurance)

Introduction:

Our client, a well established life insurance brokerage is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various operational issue for both Hong Kong, SG and ME office
  • Assist to liaise with Insurance carriers product and promotion
  • Assist with Bank and Internal Management Reporting
  • Assist with Regulatory renewal and CPD Trainings
  • Liaise with contractors on license renewals 
  • Assist to maintain website
  • Back up general office administration 
  • Other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Good English and Cantonese
  • 2-5 years of administrative support or customer service experience in insurance or bank industry
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese typing
  • Detail-minded and organized, a good team player
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
