Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance, with a strong understanding of global markets
- Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques, along with strong analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with investment research platforms are essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information concisely
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in analysis and reporting
