Our client is a subsidiary of a Global Chinese based medical technology company with focus on medical device products. They are now looking for a high calibre Marketing Manager to join them. The relevant job description is listed as below:
Facilitate and support local marketing plans and marketing execution of brands being carried by the company.
Lead & execute marketing strategies that aligns and delivers company business goals.
Organize & co-ordinate all aspects of product promotional campaigns and conferences.
Formulate medium- & long-term business strategies which align with company long term directions.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting process to ensure efficient marketing budgets in place.
Manage product and pricing strategies in different markets.
Establish Centres of Excellence to drive peer-to-peer education among healthcare professionals.
Maintain professional relationship with key opinion leaders and customers.
Provide local distributors and internal sales teams with appropriate marketing support and materials for local implementation in relation to product launches and training.
Active field participations with sales team to identify new business opportunities, customer needs and trends.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
Holder of bachelors degree in business
At least 7 years of relevant working experience in medical device industry.
Good all-rounded marketing knowledge and experience in medical and healthcare industry
Strong analytical skill and good understanding of marketing trends and technology applications
Be familiar with HK marketing; exposure in Macau and APAC is a plus.
Experience of KOL Management and arranging workshops and driving long-term strategies.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Conversational Mandarin is required.
Willing to travel occasionally.
