Introduction:

Our client is currently the largest scientific research base in Hong Kong, also an one-stop information and exchange platform for technology start-ups, enterprises and investors.  

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all systems are operating in a stable and effective environment to meet all Services Level Agreement 
• Implement technical projects to fulfil business requirements 
• Study and provide recommendations from the operational point of view and assist configuration change with vendors 
• Perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendations to avoid re-occurrence 
• Take problem ownership and follow up through problem escalation procedure for all critical problems 
• Perform second-tier end-user support on network connectivity and server problem 
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above preferably in IT 
• Minimum 3 years of work experience 
• Certified in Linux, Azure, AWS and ITIL is an advantage 
• Experience in AWS, Azure, Docker, OpenShift and Kubernetes would have an advantage  
• Knowledge of ITIL and DevOps is an advantage 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese 
• More work experience with lower education or professional qualifications will also be considered and commencing position will be commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience and competencies
