Introduction:

My client a reputed company from the banking industry is looking for an Agile Coach urgently.

Responsibilities:

• Trains and coaches teams of engineers, often implementing Disciplined Agile methodology for the first time, coaching in order to drive organisational change.
• Provides subject matter expertise on agile methods, frameworks, and how to tailor them for engineering teams that deliver technology solutions to meet business needs
• Educates employees at all levels, including senior management,, on Agile principles, providing them with tools for implementing Disciplined Agile in their own work.
• Provides training sessions and teach valuable skills that lead toward the organisation-wide adoption of Agile methodologies.
• lResponsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, catalysing organisational growth and answering questions.
• Provide hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement
• Implements Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organisation.
• Endorses techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.
• Ensures adherence to Agile processes, demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts

Requirements:

• Minimal 10+ years’ experience of software developments with Agile methodologies
• Experience leading and managing agile, cross function delivery teams (direct and indirect repartees)
• Strong technical capabilities, knowledge and experience on digital, DevOps and Agile in banking industry
• Passionate about technology and look for opportunities to learn & bring new ideas to the team.
• Demonstrable ability to mentor, develop talent and motivate staff to reach their optimum performance levels and career development
• Excellent knowledge of their technical environment and will have significant responsibility in setting the way forward in the types of technology they look after. Forward thinking, making the right decisions based on strategy
• Be proactive, positive thinking, self-motivated and with high standard of integrity
