Introduction:
Our client, a Japanese logistics company located in TST; and they are looking for a Japanese Speaking HR & Administration (Supervisor / Assistant Manager) to join their HR team:-
Responsibilities:
- Handle all-round full spectrum of human resources and administration activities, including but not limited to payroll processing, taxation, visa apply, staff development, employee relations, recruitment & selection, training development, performance management and staff benefits and office administration etc.
- Handle ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline
- 2 years or above HR/ administration experience in Japanese company is preferred
- Familiar with local HR related ordinance and practices
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese. Business level in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- Immediately available is highly preferred
