Introduction:

Our client, a banking association located at Central is urgently seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Administration Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Info email account
  • Assist with the website revamp project
  • Coordinate IT/email technical issues with IT vendors
  • Handle inquiries & invitations
  • Prepare the monthly report and other work reports for the Secretariat
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Team

Requirements:

  • University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese languages
  • Solid IT proficiency
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • A team player with a positive attitude
