Responsibilities:

• Assist Settlement & Accounting division in carrying out daily accounting duties
• Responsible for internal reconciliation and follow-up;
• Assist in settlement on securities transactions 
• Check record for payment and deposits of clients 
• Assist in commission calculation 
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• English and Cantonese as well as Japanese with JLPT N2
• Good knowledge in MS Word & Excel experience is highly preferred;
