Assistant Director, Member Services

Our client, a sizable legal association is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Director, Member Services


  • Coordinating events, exhibitions, trips and functions for members
  • Overseeing the members-related programs
  • Overseeing members’ publications and their related websites
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of members-related technological strategies and activities
  • Preparing reports and articles on members’ functions; and
  • Acting as Secretary for the relevant committees


  • University degree and at least 5-8 years of working experience
  • Experience in event management is a must
  • Experience in legal/service industry will be an advantage
  • Publication experience is preferred
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Be proactive, innovative and insightful; and
  • Have strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
