Introduction:

My client, a logistics, transportation services and supply chain solutions company location in Kwai Chung and they are looking for an Operation Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitor & review performance of volume / performance of customers & provide best logistics solutions to customers;
• Supervise staff & delegate jobs:
• Monitor and analyze monthly divisional PL report & make the monthly forecast;
• Coordinate with sales, different business unit, carriers & co-loaders, vendors to ensure smooth operation;
• Handle daily rate inquiry;
• To assist superior to handle Ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree or above;
• At least 5 years of operation manager position experience in Freight forwarding field;
• Good computer knowledge of MS application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
