Introduction:

My client a health care & food products company located in Sheung Wan and they are URGENTLY to looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and market share penetration
  • Effectively control and craft promotion plans and marketing budget to maximize return on investment
  • Generate consumer research and be able to identify target audience, design marketing plans to win
  • Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy for online & offline platform)
  • Communicate with internal parties for sales and marketing reviews, reports, and presentations
  • Be accountable on driving project timeline and execution with the team
  • Identify internal team’s performance gaps and create action plans to maximize competitive advantages
  • Lead regular marketing reviews with team and external partner 

Requirements:

  • Degree holders in Marketing and Business disciplines
  • Excellent forward-thinking, strategic, and courageous leadership skills
  • An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
  • Creative, high flexibility and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Experience launching consumer products with a complete go-to-market plan
  • Must have health care/ food products experience
  • International market experience a plus
