Customer Service Representative

Introduction:
My client, a paper product industrial and manufacturing company is now looking for the above position urgently.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the sales order process for the assigned market areas and customers
- To handle the inventory management and deliveries
- To check the credit risk and billings
- To process customer feedback and complaints
- To update the sales forecast
- To handle customer orders from end-to-end processing.
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Knowledge in trade and shipping knowledge.
- Fluent in both written and spoken in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Excel Skill set. e.g., V look up and analysis.
- With experience in Manufacturing / Merchandising & Logistics background etc is welcome
