Logistics Officer (Inhouse & permanent role, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong)

An electronic engineering co. with over 20 years of history located in Kwun Tong, is hiring to cope with growing business. - Stable and friendly workplace - Good benefit and package
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and suppliers for shipment arrangement
- Liaise with shipping forwarders and local trucking for bookings and transport
- Handle full set of shipping documents and Tradelink declaration
- Prepare documents and coordinate with sub-contractors for material consignments
- Maintain internal records in system
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 3 years of relevant experience
- Chinese & English
- Good communication skills
- Need to work half-day on Sat every 2 weeks
