Key Account Manager

Our client, an international aircraft component supply solutions company is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Key Account Manager.


  • Responsible for the assigned Customer accounts to ensure contracted services and financial performance is met
  • Support and develop clients, and carry out necessary coordination for the services of the Aircraft Component Division
  • Responsible for revenue and profit of the customer contract
  • Prepare, review and coordination offers and business plans 
  • Ensure the provision of services, identify improvement potential and develop measures for optimization together with the business units
  • Develop and implement measures to increase customer satisfaction
  • Prepare technical documentation for negotiations with customers and prepare sales campaigns and marketing initiatives


  • University or technical college degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Relevant professional experience in a customer relations / client servicing role preferably in technical customer service/sales, maintenance of aircraft or material management
  • Good knowledge in customer service, sales or negotiation
  • Strong commercial risk management and financial analysis skills, especially in flat rate pricing
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and/or other Asian languages (e.g. Japanese, Korean) is preferred
  • Occasional travel is required
