My client, a diverse range of businesses company is looking for the above positions urgently!
• Supervise and arrange the
normal operation of food processing, including effective use of materials for
processing, proper storage of goods at a suitable location and temperature,
ensuring that the processing process is hygienic, safe and in compliance with
standards, and coordinated with the work arrangements of various departments
• Responsible for the manpower
management and work arrangement of the workshop and warehouse, and ensure that
the team executes in accordance with the work process
• Cooperate and follow up the
ISO22000 workflow in the workshop
• Manage the use of various
tools and supplies, and inspect the maintenance, hygiene and safety of various
• Check and manage the
inventory volume of fresh containers, and report to the boss on a regular basis
• Responsible for factory
• Responsible for new product
processing, packaging research and development, and timely communication with
purchases and sales
• Responsible for monitoring
the quality and quantity of purchased goods to ensure quality assurance
• 5 to 10 years of relevant
work experience (mainly using a knife to cut chilled/frozen meat), and workshop
management experience is required;
• Can be used: planning
machine, drama machine, cutting chilled/frozen meat will be given priority;
• Responsible, active, and independent.
• Good Cantonese; General English.
• Able to read and write Chinese,
a little bit of English.
