My client, an international logistics provider, they are looking for a Key Account Executive to join their team.
assigned accounts and provide ongoing support to key account customers
adhere to company service standard by proactively identifying and resolving
customer escalations, issues and managing exceptions
as the major point of contact for all queries and reporting; be in direct
liaison with key account customers to ensure the highest level of service is
the escalation point for critical customer service issues and resolution
the opportunity of new trade lanes from existing accounts by leveraging
established relationship and work with Key Account Manager or Branch Manager to
penetrate the new trade lanes
with other departments to optimize logistical services and arranging shipment
and transportation details with carrier agents
and deploy new or revised process, systems or procedures to ensure customer
contractual expectations are met and that contract requirements are
and implement SOP for new customers; ensure SOP is followed through by the Key
quotations, review monthly KPI performance for key account clients, and
standardize local handling procedures
- Degree holder
least 3 years of working experience in the capacity of a Customer Service
/Key Account team, preferably gained within a multinational Logistics or
Freight Forwarding company.
knowledge of forwarding and logistics activities across all levels of the
track record in establishing and managing customer relationships to achieve
higher customer retention.
in written and spoken English and Putonghua.
computer literacy, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word
- Over 5 years can be considered senior position.
