Professional Indemnity Scheme Officer

Introduction:
A legal organization is seeking a candidate for the position of Professional Indemnity Scheme Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Handling internal and external insurance enquiries
- Liaising with the insurance broker in placing various insurance cover for the PIS
- Preparing agenda papers and reports for meetings
- Preparing investment and claims reports to the Board and/or the Council
- Assisting to prepare draft bilingual amendments to the Rules and any other relevant legislations
- Performing research on ad hoc topics
- Assisting on the PIS renewal
Requirements:
- University graduate preferably in Law
- Minimum 2 to 3 years claims or underwriting experience in insurance or legal environment
- Good English and Chinese writing skills
- Insurance knowledge and experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
