Introduction:

Our client, a well-established Life Insurance Broker is urgently looking for the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

• Sitting at Reception counter, handling reception and office administration work
• Arranging appointments and travel itineraries
• Assist in application
• Other Ad hoc assignments
• Report to Operations Director


Package:

• 13 months salary
• Medical Insurance coverage
• 14 days Annual Leave
• Public Holidays

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 2 years work experience in handling reception / administration role
• Pleasant, mature, organized and able to work independently
• Proficient in spoken/written English, Cantonese and above average Mandarin,
written Chinese is a must
• MS Office, Chinese typing
