Responsibilities:

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of HR Consulting based in Hong Kong, your primary mission will be to help support the continuous growth of the HR consulting division (Gemini Development) as part of a team in HK through networking, business development and full delivery of client services.

The Responsibilities

  • Development and growth of the regional HR Consulting division with a primary focus on Hong Kong through proactive networking and business development activities including prospecting, meeting and securing potential new clients
  • Provision of tailored HR Consulting services, including the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and delivery of training workshops, coaching sessions, career transition services and follow up reports to clients
  • Intragroup collaboration with the regional team, sharing knowledge and developing products, services and marketing materials
  • Act as a point of contact for our clients and partners

 

 

Requirements:

The Successful Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of total work experience ideally coming from an HR/management consultancy, or a training & development background is mandatory; junior profiles may be considered as Associate Manager
  • Solid Business Development experience preferably in the professional/business services industry
  • Experience with developing and delivering custom employee training, career advice, HR consulting services and/or personality assessment tools is highly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-driven and able to work independently with minimal resources
  • Mature and able to connect easily and influence people, build and manage relationships
  • Forward thinker, empathetic and able to understand people's real drivers
  • Knowledge of the local employment market and familiar with Hong Kong labour law
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
