Shipping/Customer Service Clerk

Introduction:

Our client, a well established multi-national company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as follows:

Responsibilities:

  • Support CS team HK  in the various customer service activities (communication to customers, prices maintenance; customers forecasts; etc)
  • Forward copy of L/C to the Singapore Team
  • Submit the full set of documents to the Advising Bank
  • Retrieve SAP documents (Invoice, Packing List and CoA's)
  • Coordinate collection of original Bill of Ladings from forwarding agents
  • Produce Certificate of Origin (Chamber of Commerce), Insurance Certificate etc. 
  • Sending copy of not-negotiable documents to Singapore team or directly to customers

Package:
  • 15 days annual leave
  • Medical insurance coverage
  • 5 days work
  • 1.5 hour for lunch time

Requirements:

  • Certificate or diploma on Customer Service / Supply Chain
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • 2 – 4 years of customer service or shipping experience in trading/manufacturing field
  • Basic knowledge of L/C
  • Solid experience in working for Multi-national company is preferred
  • MS Office
  • Positive attitude and good team player
  • Responsible, detail-minded and well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Immediate available is preferred
