Introduction:

Our client, one of the leading FMCG companies in Hong Kong, is currently looking for a high calibre Sales Manager to lead their team.

Responsibilities:

·         Direct report to Head of Sales, leading a team with over 10 salesperson

·         Implement sales strategies to achieve team targets & business goals

·         Work closely with related department on developing marketing and pricing strategies in order to maximize sales profit

·         Plan & manage sales in designated key account channels

·         Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics

·         Provide coaching & on-the-job training to new joiners

·         Prepare various reports (i.e. sales performance, marketing analysis, etc.) for management review

Requirements:

·         Bachelor degree in any disciplines

·         Min. 8 years of key account management experience in FMCG / Food industry

·         Hands on experience in strategic planning and business development

·         Sales-driven, well-organized and detail-minded

·         Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

·         Great communication and presentation skills

·         Problem-solving mindset
