Sales Manager - China

Introduction:

Our FMCG - F&B International Client seek to hire a Sales Manager for their China Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and follow up KPI`s among all Food Service Project data integrity is continually updated and correct.
  •  Establish the right portfolio for Food Service Channel upon research, consumer’s feedback and profitability.
  •  Conduct a minimum of 2 ‘work with’ in the market on route per salesmen under his supervision on a monthly basis.
  •  Review the service levels, sales volume and performance by route with salesmen. This should be measured against the salesman’s agreed route plan.
  •  Responsible for the achievement of distribution targets under his clients.
  •  Develop Sales Campaign, Marketing activations through Tasting Seminar, Trucks advertisement, in order to build Seara brand awareness among the region.
  •  Monitor local competitors, upcoming trends, prices and analyze short and middle scenarios.
  •  Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
  •  Both Hands-on and Assign employees to specific duties.
  •  Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
  •  Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
  •  Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised.
  •  Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions.
  •  Estimate consumer demand and determine the types and amounts of goods to be sold.
  •  Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
  •  Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments.
  •  Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees' work schedules and time cards.
  •  Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the department.
  •  Plan budgets and authorize payments and merchandise returns.
  • Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions and prepare merchandise displays and advertising copy

Requirements:

  •       Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  •       5+ years’ experience in FMCG sales, marketing, product marketing or related field.
  •       Negotiation skills to lead and/or influence buyers and colleagues and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy.
  •       Excellent oral and written communications skills in both English and mandarin.
  •       Ability to motivate and lead a team of reports
  •       Strong analytical and process skills
