Our client is European multinational corporation that designs and manufactures athletic and casual footwear & apparel
You are responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties to provide high quality services to the General Manager SEA
Visa Application and Renewal:
Prepare the necessary documents required by the visa agent to apply and renew visa for General Manager SEA on a timely manner.
Travel Management (International/Domestic):
Manage detailed travel arrangements, booking flight tickets, accommodation, and preparing detailed travel itineraries.
Act as a liaison to the internal stakeholders and business partners, coordinating both internal and external meetings to ensure that General Manager SEA’s time is maximized by effectively managing his schedules, create meeting agendas and circulate meeting materials.
Prepare communication on behalf of the General manager including administrative assistance.
Record important meeting minutes.
Assist in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within HOD/Director’s responsibility.
Administer claim functions for General Manager SEA, Country Managers, and Directors in the Zoho system.
Perform all administrative and clerical duties required, including event planning and other ad-hoc projects.
Support the People & Organization team on engagement events including annual team outbound.
Bachelor Degree in business management or other relevant background
Excellent MS-Office (Word PowerPoint, and Excel)
CORE COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Confident working alongside board-level executives and partners, Functional Skills: Competent with Microsoft Office.

High attention to details,
Communication skills with a high degree of professionalism,
Self motivated and ability to work independently
