Our client an European top 3 global Logistics group is seeking for Customer Service Executive
In view of the newly awarded project and the upcoming workload, this is to hire an additional Senior Project Coordinator. The position supports the group presence in Asia to ensure profitable growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, business development and customer relations and retention.
Customer Service Executive Specializes in handling turnkey
projects, air and sea freight
Attend and respond timely to customers’ RFQ.
Co-ordinate and follow up of shipment arrangement
(airfreight / seafreight / trucking), which includes but not limited to:
Work closely with sales personnel.
Prepare quotation and carry out rates negotiations with
shipping lines / co-loader, etc.
Check/compare on the most economical shipping possibilities.
Ensure all parties are kept informed on progress of shipment
(collected / shipped / arrived / etc.).
Issue job order based on agreed selling / costs.
Performing administrative duties as assigned.
Min “O” Level, Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar job
capacity, within Freight Forwarding industry is required for this position.
Able to cope with high-pressure situations.
Excellent command of English both in spoken and written.
Good commercial sense and cost management.
Good communication and interaction skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
