Introduction:

My client, a HK listed jewellery company is looking for the above position.

Responsibilities:

• Assess all technologies in the region, provide advice and offer solutions for improvements
• Manage the entire SDLC and establish metrics and management models that drive continuous improvement
• Ensure budgets, resources and schedules meet corporate requirements and annual milestones by adhering to financial and budgetary standards. 
• Demonstrate negotiation skills aimed at providing the best outcome for the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above qualification in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
• 10 years of experience in overseeing IT team and managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects 
• Experience in retail enterprise is a MUST
• Analytical with sound communication skills, able to work effectively with different parties including vendor, business unit and technical staffs 
• Good language skills both in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to travel to Mainland China
