Introduction:

Our client is currently seeking the right candidate to join its Tax and Transfer pricing team. This is a managerial position for those who aspire to further their career as a professional advisor in transfer pricing advisory and compliance for both jurisdictions in China and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor developments in Hong Kong, Mainland China, international transfer pricing regulations, and OECD guidelines.
2. Lead and manage transfer pricing projects, including IPO-related assignments, across diverse industries.
3. Advise clients on transfer pricing risk management, planning, and dispute resolution strategies.
4. Oversee economic and benchmarking analyses to support transfer pricing positions.
5. Review and deliver high-quality transfer pricing documentation and reports, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.
6. Manage client relationships and drive engagement delivery and account development.
7. Support business development through proposals, tenders, and seminars/webinars presentations.
8. Mentor, coach, and supervise junior team members to foster professional growth and team performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of transfer pricing compliance and advisory experience.
3. Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.
4. Professional legal or accounting qualification preferred.
5. Strong ability to manage assignments independently and meet tight deadlines.
6. Effective team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
7. Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
