Introduction:

Develop and maintain DeFi smart contracts in Rust or Solidity based on Web3 stacks

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain DeFi smart contracts in Rust or Solidity based on Web3 stacks
2. Implement new features on Solana or EVM and integrate with DeFi protocols
3. Envision and develop features to help grow products
4. Structure comprehensive analytics on user behavior and money flows
5. Maintain quality and reliability of the web and backbone services
6. Enthusiastically collaborate with a small team to plan projects at the task level
7. Collaborate with cross-functional partners on all aspects of product development
8. Identify and advocate for team-wide areas of improvement and best practices

Requirements:

1. Experience with Solana and EVM smart contract development (preferably Rust/Solidity/Hardhat/Foundry/Anchor) and basic knowledge of implementation patterns and gas optimization
2. Proficient in popular web3 Javascript/Typescript frameworks
3. Good understanding of Defi protocols and mechanism
4. Possesses exceptional judgment, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset
5. Understands engineering best practices such as continuous integration
6. Ability to work in areas outside of your comfort zone and be motivated
7. Be able to work autonomously
8. The candidate should be driven and innovative
9. English: Fluent
