Introduction:

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior/Supervisor for Digital/Online/E-Commerce Sales & Marketing to lead their digital marketing efforts for health products.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to health products.
• Identify target audiences and develop targeted campaigns to reach them effectively.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Oversee content creation for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
• Optimize content for SEO, ensuring high visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling visuals and copy.
• Manage our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote health products.
• Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Segment email lists and personalize content for different customer segments.
• Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Set budgets, target audiences, and track ROI.
• Optimize ad campaigns for maximum impact.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant industry
• Strong passion on ecommerce business and digital marketing, result-oriented and independent
• Knowledge of multimedia content, images, videos/audio on social media
• Knowledge of layout design and design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required
• Responsible, proactive, detail-minded, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
