Introduction:

Our client is a leading logistics solutions provider looking to hire an experience team manager to join as a Senior Sales Manager in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales staff to meet individual and team sales targets across B2C and B2B channels.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  3. Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular coaching and feedback to optimize results.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Conduct sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development for the sales team.
  8. Represent the company at industry events and client meetings as needed.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, or related fields.
  2. Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve challenging goals.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred.
