Introduction:

● Lead a Business Account Acquisition Team to drive SME business and deliver high caliber service to respective business channels ● Acquire SME accounts and explore different business opportunities within Business Banking Department

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a Business Account Acquisition Team to drive SME business and deliver high caliber service to respective business channels
2. Effectively manage and monitor the sales team on business performance and new business end-to-end process in order to achieve business targets
3. Achieve various business targets and contribute to sustainable business growth of Business Banking Department
4. Closely work with internal business partners on assigned projects to achieve and implement the business initiatives
5. Acquire new-to-bank SME customers and ensure the KYC process adhere with established policy and guideline
6. Manage CDD risk, monitor suspicious behavior and take appropriate action in compliance with the Bank’s policy and guideline

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related discipline
2. Minimum 8 years of banking experience, with good knowledge of SME business
3. 2+ years team management experiences with good business acumen
4. Good understanding in banking products and services.  
5. Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (Paper 1&2)
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with good teamwork spirit
7. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is required
