Senior Program Manager - Marketing Department
Introduction:
Our client, a Singaporean listed EMS company which provides supports to those global consumer and industrial brands, is now looking for a high calibre Senior Program Manager joining its China Operations located at Huizhou, China (45 minutes from Shenzhen).
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of program managers.
- Perform customer negotiation & interface, RFQ and quotation.
- Conduct contract & agreement reviews, carry out risk management & cost recovery.
- New product introduction management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in sizable EMS company.
- Solid team leading exposure.
- Rich experience in customer negotiation & interface, RFQ and quotation, contract & agreement reviews, risk management & cost recovery, new product introduction management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
