Introduction:

Our client, the family office of a UHNW individual is currently in search of a Senior Personal/ Executive Assistant to assist the top management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full range administration support, including filing, documentation, data entry and reports preparation
• Responsible for internal and external communications, drafting notice, report and other documents, cooperating with supervisors to coordinate each department.
• Work closely with the Household Manager on personal/ family matters
• Arranging travel bookings, logistics and expense claims
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• A minimum of 8 years of personal/ executive assistant experience for C-levels and chairman
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability would be an advantage
