Introduction:

My client, a sizable terminal & logistics company located in KC Terminal and they are looking for a Senior Manager (Company Secretarial)

Responsibilities:

• Able to provide quality and professional secretarial services to all companies and subsidiaries of the Group to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements. 
• Responsible for the board management procedures and communications with users departments and where applicable, other professional advisors
• Provide and review full range of company secretarial, compliance and corporate governance support for the Group and its subsidiaries in different jurisdictions.
• Ensure the organization and the Board of Directors comply with all applicable legislative, regulatory, and corporate governance development under the applicable laws, regulations, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Attend and prepare minutes of Board, Committee and Shareholders meetings.
• Manage a small team of 2 company secretarial professional.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder with membership of HKICS / HKCGI 
• Minimum 10-15 years relevant experience preferably in listed companies with leading and supervisory responsibility
• Good knowledge in listing rules and other compliance regulations
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, Mandarin (preferred)
• Proficient in MS office application
