Introduction:

Our client is looking for a high calibre leasing manager to manage marketing and leasing activities of their office leasing portfolio in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop marketing and leasing strategies for office spaces in Hong Kong.
• Manage all leasing and tenancy matters, including inquiries, administration, negotiations, document preparation, and client/tenant communication.
• Research market trends, vacancies, and rental rates.
• Prepare regular performance reports for the office leasing portfolio.
• Coordinate with the Estate Management Office on building and tenant issues, including improvements, renovations, tenant fit-outs, and property handovers.
• Work with internal departments on legal actions against tenants.
• Conduct feasibility studies for redevelopment, refurbishment, and leasehold improvements of office spaces in Hong Kong.
• Assist in setting budgets and forecasting rental income, tenant fit-out costs, and marketing expenses.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with top property developers.
• Practical experience in promotional marketing for property development, especially with local developers.
• Strong business sense and analytical skills.
• Excellent project management, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused, team player, self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
