Introduction:

The Senior Training & Development Consultant is responsible for identifying business needs, designing and delivering effective training programs, and providing expert advice to enhance organizational capabilities for both local and external clients. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to assess training requirements, developing tailored training solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of these programs to drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment:Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training and development requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Program Design and Delivery:Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize various training methods, including workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  • Ensure training materials are current, relevant, and engaging.
  • Client Consultation:Provide expert advice to clients on improving organizational capabilities.
  • Recommend strategies for enhancing employee performance and productivity.
  • Assist clients in implementing training solutions and measuring their effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction with training initiatives.
  • Evaluation and Improvement:Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Mentorship and Leadership:Mentor and coach junior trainers and consultants.
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on consulting.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
