Introduction:

Our client, a well established life insurance brokerage is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  1. Report to Personal Assistant
  2. Assist to arrange the CEO schedule, including meetings, interviews and daily driving roasters
  3. Assist to coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, hotel reservations and other logistics across multiple time zones
  4. Assist to handle personal matters and provide secretarial support including preparing expense reports and financial documentation
  5. File corporate agreements and addendums
  6. Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  1. Higher Diploma or above
  2. Good English and Cantonese
  3. 3 years of secretarial experience
  4. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing
  5. Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  6. Good communication skills and detail-minded
  7. Ability to work independently while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
  8. Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
