Answer telephone calls and greeting visitors
Electronic filing
Assist payment processing via system
Office administration work e.g. order stationery, pantry supplies
Ad hoc assignment
Report to Office Manager
Diploma or above
Proficient in both Chinese (Cantonese) & English writing & speaking
10 years or above of reception experience
Mature, pleasant and stable character
Proficient in MS Office
