Responsibilities:

1. Promote products to external parties, enhancing brand visibility and market presence.
2. Explore and analyze carrier customers' needs to inform product development and enhancements.
3. Maintain strong relationships with global customers by fulfilling their requirements.
4. Deliver presentations in English to stakeholders and clients, articulating product features and benefits.
5. Oversee product lines, including SD-WAN, SASE, and internet access products, ensuring alignment with market demands and company strategy.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.
7. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving service-related issues for global carriers.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies related to internet access products.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree or above;
2. Minimum 10 years in Telecommunication industry with product solutions experiences
3. Familiarity with SD-WAN, and SASE and internet access products, including IEPL, MPLS, VPN.
4. Experience in providing services to global carrier customers.
5. Strong documentation, communication and analytical skills;
6. Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
