Introduction:

A Global Technology Services client is looking for a Power Builder Expert to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

1 Scope of work will include discussing with business user on the requirement

2 Based on the business requirement need to designing, coding, and testing application components

3 Coordinating with technical leads and designing future enhancements

4 Responsible for Test case creation and execution-Manual testing

5 Work along with customer during the System testing and User acceptance test process

6 Troubleshooting defects and optimizing for enhancing performance

7 Reviewed codes and suggested changes for improving functionality

Requirements:

Must-Have

1. Hands on expertise in PowerBuilder tool for Windows, Web, and Mobile platforms

2. Hands on with basic programming language c++ or java

3. The ability to code in both procedural and object-oriented languages

4. Proficient in RDBMS, SLQ scripts, database design, triggers, and stored procedures- oracle/DB2/MySQL

5. Hands on expertise in source code versioning in SVN or Github or PVCS

6. This position has regular exposure to the client, strong oral and written

communication skills as well as business skills are essential.

Exposure to Agile methodology
