Introduction:

Our client is the Head of a family office

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secretarial and Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative assistance, including managing social, personal, and family matters
  • Travel Coordination and Companion: Arrange and accompany on business trips across Asia, and occasionally Europe, including booking flights, accommodation, and local transportation.
  • Financial Monitoring: Oversee the movement of private banking and investment transactions, including share transfers.
  • Banking Liaison: Liaise with bankers and brokers for corporate account and bank account openings.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, travel, and guest arrangements.
  • Private Jet Arrangements: Arrange private jet or air tickets, accommodation, and local transportation, and monitor expenses and maintenance schedules of the private jet.
  • Staff Coordination: Coordinate the duty schedules of drivers, domestic workers, and housekeeping staff.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate with overseas clients and mainland factories, both internally and externally.
  • Event/Party Coordination: Plan and coordinate nightlife events, including making arrangements for and accompanying the Head of the family office to parties
  • Ad Hoc Assignments: Assist with various ad hoc assignments as required.




Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
