PART TIME HR MANAGER (ON GOING)

Introduction:

Our client provides the latest IT solutions and services to Architects, Engineers and the Construction industry

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions includes but not limited to Staff Recruitment and Retention, Compensation and Benefit, Employee Relationship and Engagement, HRIS Management and etc.
  • Manage daily office administration function, including facilities maintenance and management, office supply and procurement. Handle office insurances, vendor and contract management.
  • Assist in review and revamp Human Resources and Administration policy and process. Identify and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Provide professional advice and support for resolving HR and Administration related issues. 


Requirements:

        Diploma or above holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;

        Minimum 5 years in similar capacity;

        Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances;

        Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

        Proficiency in MS Office

        Immediate availability is preferable.
