Introduction:

My client, one of a global logistics and transportation company and they are looking for an Operation / Senior Operation

Responsibilities:

• Able to handle ocean export / import shipments in freight forwarding environment;
• Familiar with USA markets. 
• Day-to-day coordination of business operational activities;
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents / procedures;
• Liaise with internal parties, warehouses, vendors and suppliers;
• Communicate with overseas offices for shipment arrangement to ensure shipments are handled properly and efficiently;
• Prepare month-end analysis report;

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experiences in the forwarding industry, working mainly in Ocean Freight Department will be an advantage;
• Proficient in English and Putonghua will be an advantage;
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated and able to solve problem independently;
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel,
