Introduction:

Our client, a Singaporean listed EMS company which provides supports to those global consumer and industrial brands, is now looking for a high calibre Manufacturing Engineering Manager joining its China Operations located at Huizhou, China (45 minutes from Shenzhen).  

Responsibilities:

        Oversee the Manufacturing Engineering.

        Drive and manage failure analysis & test engineering teams on Product quality yield improvement.

        Early involvement with Design & Development engineering on NPI activities.

        Drive fixture & tester fabrication projects to meet customer requirements.

        Monitor the equipment maintenance as well as calibration program to fulfill ISO requirements.

        Maintain the Manufacturing Execution System.

        Lead the RFQ engineers in product costing projects.   

Requirements:

        Degree holder in Engineering

        12 years+ experience in Manufacturing Engineering of which 8 years in managerial position in EMS environment.

        Expertise in Process OR Test engineering is a must.

        Experience with hands on approach in Fixture design & fabrication.

        Experience in maintaining Manufacturing Execution system is an advantage.

        Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
