Introduction:

Our client is looking to hire a Logistics Specialist with proven experience in warehousing Pharmaceutical products

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant activities.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance supply chain processes, driving innovations aligned with business objectives in healthcare.
3. Develop and implement robust supply chain policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure flawless execution and zero defects.
4. Redefine systems, processes, and organizational structures to optimize efficiency and generate significant financial savings.
5. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly presenting results to senior management to promote continuous improvement.
6. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of issues and managing corrective actions effectively.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, providing a strong industry foundation.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or warehouse operations, preferably within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences.
3. Experience or exposure to cold chain management, maintaining the integrity of temperature-sensitive products.
4. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for Medical Devices and knowledge of Hong Kong regulations such as Wholesale Dealer License.
5. Strong understanding of GDP and ISO quality standards.
6. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and ability to leverage technology for operational optimization.
7. Analytical thinker with solid skills in data interpretation and decision-making.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
9. Self-motivated with an ability to independently drive projects and initiatives.
10. Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for effective regional communication.
11. Scientific background in biology or chemistry is a plus, supporting product and process understanding.
