Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Client Relationship Management: Maintain existing client relationships and actively seek new clients.
• Legal Expertise & Client Commitment: Solid legal expertise, with proven track record of providing legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Strategic Business Development: Identifying opportunities for growth and contributing to the firms strategic direction.
• People Management: Managing and growing a team of associates, paralegal and secretary.
• Operational Management: Contribute to the management of the firm operationally as and when required. Making decisions to ensure operational efficiency while keeping track of revenue, cost and profitability.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Demonstrate solid leadership and collaborative attitude to share expertise to deliver exceptional advice and service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Global Perspective: Ability to work on cross border transactions, partnering up with people and teams worldwide to contribute to the firm's global and regional ambitions.

Requirements:

• Experience in being a law firm partner with direct accountability of running a profit & loss (P&L) independently
• Existing portfolio of clients that are likely to be transferable will be viewed favourably
• All areas of expertise are welcomed
