Senior Technical Analyst / Assistant Manager (Support & Operation)
Introduction:
My client is a well established MNC firm with a wide presence across APAC region and they are now seeking a Senior Technical Analyst / Assistant Manager as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Actively provide support to internal users and drive positive IT service culture and satisfaction
- Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure maximum availability of production environment by providing effective support
- Maintain and improve service desk system, documenting IT related problems and solutions on the technical database
- Troubleshooting and repairing hardware, software and infrastructure
- Provide Support and participate in IT projects including upgrades, migrations and outage.
- Following ITIL to define IT standards and processes
- Provide training to users
- Implementing and administering security systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Can work independently and as a good team player
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies, Windows infrastructure, virtual environment, MDM and FortiGate security devices
